Can I bring a cooler?
Yes, coolers are allowed. They may be made of any material, as long as they are 14x14x14 or smaller. And please note, no glass is allowed. As always, please allow extra time if you are carrying in a cooler, as all bags are subject to search.
Can I bring a stadium seat?
All stadium seats or seat cushions must be smaller than 18 inches wide.
Can I bring alcoholic beverages into the speedway?
Unless you are seated in a grandstand section that is designated as a no-alcohol family section, you are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages. No glass containers are allowed.
Is there parking at the speedway?
Yes, there is plenty of FREE PARKING at Atlanta Motor Speedway. We have 887 acres, and there is plenty of room for everyone who wants to park on our grounds to do so. Be aware that if you are being charged to park, you are not on Speedway property. We do not encourage parking off of speedway grounds, because we cannot assure that you will be exited from the speedway in a timely manner.
How is traffic on race day?
Plan to arrive at the track early. Fan Zone activities start around 8 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday and 10 a.m. Friday, so if you arrive early, there is plenty to do! Tune in to WSB 750AM/95.5FM for pre-race traffic reports. Fans are encouraged the study parking and directional information to help facilitate their entry and exit to the facility.
Is handicap accessible parking available?
Patrons in need of accessible parking can contact their AMS ticket representative or call the AMS Ticket office at 770-946-4211 to for info on race-day parking. Accessible parking is located behind the Winner's Grandstand and Club One near Stair Tower 7. Display your state issued placard or credential and you will be directed to the accessible parking lot upon entrance to the facility grounds.
Where can I purchase tickets?
To protect yourself against possible stolen or counterfeit tickets, all ticket transactions should be handled through either the Atlanta Motor Speedway ticket office or Ticketmaster. Event tickets may not be resold on Speedway property.
Customers exiting admission gates during an event should have their tickets scanned upon exiting and when re-entering. An armband is required for infield re-admission.
What is your refund policy?

Are there any shuttles available for those who need extra assistance ?
Shuttle service for those with special needs is provided. Speedway officials will be patrolling the parking lots throughout the weekend in golf carts marked "Fan Assistance." They also have information booths at the entrance to each parking area from perimeter road.
Is there any way I can buy a pit pass?
There are a limited number of weekend pre-race pit passes available for $125 and $100 for Sunday only. All pit passes must be accompanied by a grandstand ticket. No one under 14 is allowed in the pit area on Friday and Saturday, and all customers ages 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent and must sign a waiver. Can I purchase suite tickets?

How can I get drivers' autographs?
Check our web site, each driver's website, local newspapers and television for driver appearances/autograph sessions taking place around Atlanta prior to the race. Please keep in mind that on race day, drivers, like all athletes, are concentrating on the task ahead and are rarely available.
Can I use my cell phone at the speedway?
You can use your cell phone at the speedway, but keep in mind that access declines as the number of people attending an event increases. Do not rely on your cell phone if you need to relay or receive important information.
Are there ATM machines at the speedway?
Yes, there are several located beneath the grandstand seating area.
Can I drive my car around the speedway?
Not during a race weekend. However, check our web site regularly, as we have a special track-driving events from time to time.
Where do I pick up my tickets?

Where do I pick up credentials?
Credentials as well as Club One and Fan Suites tickets can be picked up at the credential building, which is located outside Turn 3.
What camping is available?
There are reserved camping spaces available both inside and outside the speedway. There are also unreserved camping areas outside the speedway, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camping information is available at this link.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the grandstands. All pets in camping areas must remain on a leash at all times. Pet owners will be held liable for their pet's actions. Owners should clean up after their pets and must accompany their pet while outside camping vehicles or tents.
Where can I get traffic updates
Traffic updates are provided on the radio on the day of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events on 101.5 FM and AM 750 / 95.5 FM.
What is the weather/postponement policy
In the event of postponement of NASCAR events for any reason, all tickets are honored on the day on which the event is held. No refunds are offered for purchased tickets, camping spaces or pre-race pit passes at Atlanta Motor Speedway events. Golf carts, ATVs, dirt bikes and other unlicensed personal vehicles
Golf carts, ATVs, dirt bikes and other unlicensed personal vehicles may not be operated on AMS property. Skateboards are prohibited as well. Such vehicles may be impounded at the AMS impound lot located at the Operations Facility. AMS gladly allows single passenger motorized vehicles for the physically impaired.
Hoverboards are not permitted on Atlanta Motor Speedway property.
Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones)
The use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) is prohibited on Speedway property.
Where is lost & found located?
During the race weekend, the Lost and Found will be located at the Guest Services stand near section 132 on the concourse level. After the race, the Lost and Found will be relocated to the AMS Corporate Office.

What is the weapons policy?
AMS prohibits weapons of any type on property at all times regardless of permit.
Do You Offer Tram Service?
Atlanta Motor Speedway provides tram service between the campgrounds and the entrance gates before and after events and will depart regularly from the designated tram stops. Tram passengers under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Trams are provided as a courtesy service to speedway guests. Due to the demand for this service, continuous riding (joyriding) is prohibited.
